Here is what really happened. Earlier this month, a woman with three children died as a result of mixing two common household cleaners together. On a Saturday morning in June, a 41-year-old mother, went in to clean her bathroom. After she began cleaning with chlorine and Lime-a-Way, she ran out of the bathroom, used her asthma inhaler and went back into the room to finish the job. She emerged once more asked her teen to call 911 and then collapsed. Unhappily, they reported that she had died November 1, after spending four months in a local hospital and an acute-care facility.
